Supportive Housing Assistance Throughout the 5 Boroughs of New York

Supportive housing is for individuals and their families who have challenges, such as mental health and substance abuse issues, etc..  At Urgent Housing Initiatives, Inc., we assist in helping individuals throughout the 5 boroughs of New York , and the surrounding areas apply for supportive housing. An application known as the HRA 2010e must be completed to apply for supportive housing, and we can help! As an approved provider to the Human Resources Administration’s Placement Assessment and Client Tracking Unit, we have the capability to submit supportive housing applications. Along with the HRA 2010e application form, applications must also include a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation completed in the last six months, a current psychosocial summary, and tuberculosis testing results. Supportive housing approvals are valid for six months from the date of approval before an application has to be updated and resubmitted.
